Rear seal from Case?IH dealer was about $25. Front seal was $90. No big mystery to it, have at minimum an IT manual. There are better reference guides available. The parts books are a big help. It shows all the parts and their relationship to each other. Also is excellant when ordering parts.

You've got to be kidding? $150? for that you outta be able to find something/make something that would work. I think some of the older rear mains used some sort of felt rope?

Takeing the motor out is the easy part. Finding parts will be the hard part and they will be expensive. We have a WD6 that needs a rear main seal but just the seal is $150 so it still leaks.
