I need to rebuild the box under the gas tank. The local IH dealer wants $101.00 for the kit, are there sources you guys use for these types of parts with better prices, I'm new to the forum, just bought my SA last week, any input would be greatly appreciated.

better check out the pump first cause if it aint working the rockshaft unit cant work. You can put a pressure guage in the line at the manifold where the lines go into the rockshaft. Small is pressure and the big one is return

the pump is good, when I lower the rear plow it lifts the rear of the tractor then pulls the motor down. The hydro tower just leaks real bad

With all the o-rings, gaskets etc that really not a bad deal. Just take your time keep things clean. Not really that hard to do. Oh yea you don't use all the parts in the kit.
