I Need 300 Row Crop Carb Help!!!!!!!

Hi all I was striping my carb (just bought the Tactor) to put in Chem. Tank and I noticed the choke shaft is beyond repair and the valve disk is gone. Where can I get a carb rebuild kit That has more than just seals. I tried ebay but there not complete overhaul ones. Do you know anyone that sells them, please help me.

Yesterday's Tractors sells carb kits. Contact them and see if the complete rebuild kit includes those parts, If not, your local Case-IH dealer will be able to get those parts for you. I have a 300/350 carb, but the parts you need are already missing.

There used to be a felt plug in the bottom of the carb that was held in there by a welsh plug. I just went through the same thing with a 350 carb. I followed Dave Slater"s advise and cut a piece of filter material from a crankcase breather and stuffed it in there and got a new welsh plug from NAPA. You will need to drill a small hole in the plug so the gas will drain if the carb floods. You may still be able to get the choke parts you need from your local CIH dealer.

Some of the guys on this forum may know where there is a good rebuildable core you can buy for your 300.

Also there is a hloe under card without threads, what goes there a plug or has the carb rusted the threads. Does anyone have a good web page about 300 row crop tractors so I can see whats missing lol !!!!! !
