My local CNH dealer ordered me a complete overhaul kit for around $500 a few years ago - came complete with EVERYTHING.

When I restored an A in 1976 the sleeve kit cost $80.00 from my local IH dealer. I had new guides, springs and valves installed in the head.
The crankshaft only needed to be polished and it was worn .002" and they furnished new insert bearings. This was from my local auto machine shop. I think the gasket set and all this cost around $70.00. Hal

Their kit sells for $348.00, you can get your bearings from your local auto machine shop. Good idea to have them measure the shaft for wear and needs to ground undersize or just polished. The head should be reworked too and the block dipped to remove any sludge or dirt. It probably needs
new cam bearings too. Hal
