If you have a hydraulic pump which drives off the damper pulley you have to remove the pump seperate the chain coupler and then unscrew the four bolts on the damper pulley and you can just get enough space to squeeze the belt through the opening. I'm doing mine right now I'm waiting for the belt to come from tractor supply. I called Dayco and Gates as well as International and no one had the belt except tractor supply. It's a 3/4" x 39 3/8"...good luck

if its like the 300 utility, and I'm thinking it is, u have to loosen the setscrew in the waterpump pulley and separate the 2 threaded halves of the pulley, which make the belt looser, and then you pop it off the bottom pulley and take it around each fan blade, and install is opposite. Now you might be unlucky like me and either some idiot broke the setscrew off (like mine is!!), or when u get that loose, the 2 halfs wont budge. Luckily my fan belt is like new, it was the alternator belt i had to replace and I used a spliceable belt, but that wont work for the fan belt if you can tighten it. Hopefully, it will come loose for you.. if it does, i would reassemble it with little antiseize and tighten the setscrew down good.
Hope this helps.
