I have a 1000 loader and am trying to put new bushings on it. The main arm has a pin that holds it on the frame. It has been missing the bushings since I got the tractor. I'm assuming this gets the most torque and therefore those two bushing are the first to go. Anyway, I'm trying to get that pin out with no luck. I would think without the bushings if I took the weight of the loader arm off of it, it should slide out. Wrong. I've tried heating and beating with no luck. Is there something else that could be holding it in there? I need to take it out so I can ream the hole bigger and put over size bushings in. With it being used without the bushings for so long the holes are not true and are warn. Also I would like to know of a place that I could buy new bushings. Oversize and regular size... Thanks for any info. Oh, currently the loader is off of the super A.

Did you remove the 5/16th pin that keeps the boom pivot pin in place ? I have a parts book for the loader. I can send you the page from it that shows how all parts fit together. Just need your address.
