Wondering if anyone has ordered parts off of this website. Would just like to make sure that the 12V sealed beam headlamps (Part No: 358890R92-12V) are the correct original style for a farmall 300. They seem to have the best price I have been able to find. Any help is appreciated.

Also, how does the switch on the rear light work? I bought a new one but cannot figure it out. Is it a push button or rotary type? I have tried everything and no matter what I do I cannot get power to go to the small red light. Maybe I got a bad one???

Mark, If you are looking for the original style sealed beams in 12V Auto Value has them for around 12 bucks. I recently put them in my 340 that I converted to 12V. I still have the box with the part number if you need it but it is at the farm. Note these are not the Guide brand that I think originaly came with the tractor. PUTTER

I've had excellent results. I've ordered many parts over the years. A couple times the wrong parts were sent. They rectified it right away. Nothing but good things to say about this site.

Matt, I have first hand experience with both the 6 volt and the 12 volt sealed beams from Tisco, which is where YT gets their parts. Those sealed beams are an exact reproduction of the originals. I have a couple of the originals that no longer are good, and I absolutely cannot tell any differance.

Excellent. I though from the photos they looked to be the same as the originals. I will call them tomorrow and see if we can't work something out. These are for a 1955 Farmall 300 that I am just finishing up restoring for a senior/FFA project. The tractor is entered in the FFA Ag Mechanics competition at the Iowa State Fair and will be entered in the Chevron-Delo FFA Tractor Restoration competition. I am trying to explain my situation to everyone I get parts from so as to hopefully save some money but getting discounts or donations to the projects. It is a good thing there are some people generous enough to contribute to the learning experiences of kids like me. Anyway, thanks for the reply!

Matt, I have ordered several parts from this site lately. They have been good and priced right. They also were shipped right out. I don't have the answers to your other questions though. Good luck.

Matt--likewise I have ordered parts from here several times--quality and lightening fast shipping. Just bought a major steering assembly for our Jubilee, was extremely well packaged. By the way, you can actually call and talk to them too! Not certain about the authentic 12v but for what I have done with them--can"t go wrong! Steve

Matt,
I ordered a large amount of parts from this sight last Monday. I received every thing but one item so far. In fact most of them were here in four days. The prices were in line if not a little cheaper than what I found in other places. I am well pleased myself!
