Question about Cub grilles ....

Did the Farmall cub grilles change over the years around 1950 or thereabouts? My friend has a '51 Cub and he purchased it without a grille. Someone told him that the grilles changed at times. The '51's in the photos here on the YT site seem like the simple mesh screen type. What years was that type of grille used? This might help him in a search for a grille.

1947-1954 - "original" wire mesh grille. The size of the mesh may have changed early on.
1955-1956 - red "11-bar" grille" that matched the grille style of the '00-series tractors
1957-1958 - white "11-bar" grille that matched the grille style of the '50-series tractors
1959-1963 - white "4-bar" grille that matched the grille style of the '60-series tractors. Also, the last of the "round hood" cubs.
1964-1974 - white expanded-metal "square hood" grille
1975-1979 - black expanded-metal "square hood" grille
