Funny story.

Went to a neighbor to borrow an implement. I drove the 826 over. It was good and warm. Anyone who owns a IH with a D358 knows how quiet they are at idle compared to other diesels... especially when they are when they are good and warmed up. Anyway, I pulled in and back up to the implement. As we were hooking up, my neighbor said,

"I thought you had a diesel."

"Huh," I replied, momentarily surprised at the question.

" I do ahve a diesel, " said. "Look closer."

He walked forward and looked.

"D--n! That thing's quiet," he said.
