Hello! My governor spring broke on my super c today. At least I was close to home-didn't have to idle to far, was hauling a load of firewood from the neighbors and as I turned into the driveway it broke. Does anyone know where I can get just the spring? I looked on this sight but had no luck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Case IH should have one and around here they are about $5 to 7 and if they last another 50 years that is not to bad!
Here is the stock spring number. 69235D.

Found one on ebay for about $15.00, that includes shipping & handling. Do you think that is to much to pay? I do not have a dealer near me to go to.

Any Case/IH dealer that sells parts should either have or could get it.

If you don't have one near you, click on the link below.
