Well guys i have tried to find a Heisler road gear and at least tried finding someone who had one. Well there is no luck in either one. Does anybody have one, know of one, or have a good idea where to find one for my F-20?

Thanks Derek

Hi Lineman, if you are passing through NE and are willing to remove one, I would give you a road gear unit. The tractor is going on steel, so it is pretty much useless. I have one that I think was a Montgomery-Wards kit, but not sure. Most of them I see are Behlen, and they are not hard to find, in these parts anyway. I do not remember seeing an actual Hiesler brand road gear, but I do have the Hiesler 8-speed on my "user" F20 that gives you 4 more speeds above standard 4th gear, they are MUCH harder to come by.

Try Stauffer Salvage Ph 785-966-2739 or the Nebraska Cowman.

Those overdrive units are hard to get. Have you tried the YT Classified ads, Photo Ads or eBay?

I'm just wondering, how fast does your F-20 go without the overdrive??

Good luck.
Andy.
