2-cents worth:
Governor looks like aftermarket conversion to variable-type. IHC had a conversion, but the linkage is different.
Brakes appear to be aftermarket, also. F-20 brake pedals are cast, as I recall.
Mag is F-4. Same base, different coupling, I think. Good mag, nice automatic impulse.
Seat is probably after WW II. Similar to the hydraulic-shock arrangement on late H, M, Super H and M.

Looks like one that could be cleaned up and left in original condition... Personally, I am finding more value to myself on tractors that are in original condition, rather than repainted... unless of course there is nothing left but rust.

If it were mine, I might just clean it up and show it as it is! It was nicely "upgraded" in the past with the F4 mag and spring seat. Nice find!

If it was mine I wouldnt answer either,nice find.That tractor is a lot father ahead than mine.Wheels are worth a few hundred,motor loose-pricless,its worth more than a few hundred

Here are some pics', I got a better look today, rad empty, crankcase full of oil, not water, tires shot!? But hey look at the second picture, there's the crank laying on top of the tank, and gueess whut????? SHE"S NOT STUCK and has GOOD compression!!!!! !!!!! I tried to call the owner to make an offer but he's not answering!!!!! !!
