Yesterday I change the clutch, pressure plate and bearing on my Cub. I notice that the clutch rod add been rubing again the shaft. The rod seem to be bent. How do I get to the rod at the clucth pedal, do I have to split the tractor at the transmission? The clucth rod doesn't seem to be paralle with the transmisson shaft.

I got the rod , had to split the rear. The rod was bended and rubbing against the shaft. The clutch rod his worn about half,I will cut the rod had weld a new rod betwen each end. Dont know what the previous owner did to bend that rod like that.

Should have a little round plate under the belly which lets you get to the clutch rod at the pedal. Tight in there but it can be done BTDT before
