I was at a tractor show over the past weekend and while talking Super H"s with someone I discovered that I couldn"t find a serial number when the Super H changed from stage 1 to stage 2. Is this a mystery or simply and elusive fact? Does anyone know what it is? Many thanks, tractorsam

The odd thing is that the serial number break came in the late 1953 production year. So a SH may be a Stage II super H made in 1953. To add to the confusion approx. 1500 Farmall 300's were manufactured in in late 1954.

Thanks a lot for that. I had Guy Fay's IH data book with me but it wasn't in there. I took the guy's email address and will let him know. Thanks again, tractorsam
