Putting my M-H tractor back together, I have a Delco Remy 12 volt generator that was used before and have a new voltage regulator, regulator has three terminals marke Fld - Bat - and L. The only possible hook up leaves the L terminal to be wired to Arm terminal on gen. Is this going to work or will I ruin the regulator. David B

Check on the back of the regulator for a fourth terminal the Massey Ferguson that is where the GEN or ARM terminal is located

Thanks Big Dean. This regulator sets on the generator and I removed it and found a fourth terminal underneath. Thanks, That is going to make the difference if my system works or not.
