dont use wax..
we all know wd40 wont work..
get you some "PB BLASTER" it is better than liquid wrench and specially wd40 ever hoped of being... spray it on the area good come back a day or so later and do it again and a couple days later you should be able to break it loose with maybe a mild stroke with one of those impact nut drivers you hit with a hammer and it turns an 8th turn every time you hit it...the rule of life states if its is a chance you will ever need to remove a bolt one day thats in an environment of potential rust corrosion like exhast bolts ALWAYS wipe on antisieze compound BEFORE you screw the bolt in.... it saves ALOT of trouble down the road..manufacturers dont use it because they dont have to remove the bolt. YOU DO....

Scott, take a torch and heat the pipe and a little bit of the block. It don't have to be cherry red. After you've done this for a while, take a candle and stick it to the pipe. Be careful, because the wax may flame up. Let this cool completely, then take the channel locks and unscrew it. The wax melts down around the threads and pushes out the rust. You may want to get a tap and chase the threads to make sure they're clean. I've done this to mufflers and pipes that I couldn't move with a pipe wrench before, but could remove with pliers after. HTH Todd.

Dont use just any candle. The best one that works the best is a beeswax candle. For some reason, it flows the best into these area...It really works...

heres a strange one for you make sure that the exhuast valve is closed fill the pipe up with turpentine and walk away from it for a day it might let you remove it after that let me know how it works I know it likes to eat rust and is good for stuck engines
