F20 years of production.

i have been told that there was no F20's made in 1940.but according to the serial no.on this web site i have a 1939 and a 1940 model,does anyone now for sure?it also has a differant shift pattern than my 1939.one has 1,3,2 at bottom of pattern and the other has1,4,2at the bottom of pattern i was told that it has factory road gear in it not the mw add on.thanks for your info.

yes the odd shift pattern is a high speed gear. I think it is about 6 MPH. Fast for them days. The last F20 was built April 25, 1939 number FA-148810 They were a soild tractor but with the advent of the H & M sadly outdated.
