It's a scam. My boss sent an email to the seller on one of these "register to bid" deals. The guy claimed to be in the Netherlands. I sent an email to the same seller a while later and got a reply that it wasn't his item....Someone was using his ebay account.

Like they always say...."If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

I noticed some JD compact tractors the other day in PA and CA buy it now around $4000.00 sounded way cheap. You had to register with seller on one to bid.Went back that evening and could not find them ?

These are common scams on ebay,usually the
tractor is supposed to be in italy or some other country with free shipping to the US.
You send your money and get nothing.

Yeah and they are doing it with atv`s. I bidded on one and recieved 5 e-mails from different people saying they can ship me a 5,000 dollar 4 wheeler for 2 grand. Yeah right! RT
