I have the opportunity to buy a 1957+/- MF TO35 for $3950.00 although the seller says he will take $3750.00 or $4050.00 for the tractor and a 5' Hawse bush hog which is five years old. The tractor seems to have good tin and has a loader that seems strong. It doesn't appear to have any oil leaks. It has one brand new front tire and the other has several large cracks. I would describe the rear tires as poor to fair, they have very little tread and one of them has a gouge in it and you can feel the innertube. Bottom line is I would probably replace the rear tires, but I have know idea how much they are. My dad who knows more about tractors than I do, feels it is overpriced because of the age of the tractor and condition of the tires. I'm looking for other opinions or comparisons of what other people may have recently paid for a similar tractor. Thanks for any help.

Pricey, in Texas anyway and we are pricey here, especially where I live as our county has more 5 acre "farms".....yuppie of course, than any other county in the state and there are lots. Bought a Deluxe 35 with 900 orig hrs (couple of yrs ago) for that price. Had dual remotes, PS all orig, paint excellent...beautiful tractor with new rubber all around.
