I have recently been given a Fiat 411rb tractor (petrol). The tractor appears to be in pretty good condition, except for the engine.
It has no oil pressure when hot, plus bearing noise. I also blows a continuous steam of oily smoke out the breather. So I imagine rings & bearings are required. In spite of this it actually runs quite well.
My questions are, does any one know of a source for thes parts ? (I live in Australia)
I have been told that this engine is the same as some fiat cars. Does anyone know which model ? It may make finding parts easier.

If anyones needs info one these tractors, I have an original manual and wiring diagram.

Thanks in advance

Tim

First off I don't know anything about the 411rb.
However if you have a 3.540 stroke the Fiat USA models 1979-84 Brava and Spider 2000 had the same stroke. However the Brava and Spider had a little bigger bore at 3.310 versus the 411rb 3.230. The bigger bore gains 4 or 5 cu. in. I don't know if any parts interchange but may be worth a look.Good luck.
