Two other things that would greatly help if you have time. 1) Seal the concrete floor or paint with an expoxy paint. Greatly reduces the moisture problem. 2) Put foil coated rigid insulation or aluminized bubble insulation against the inside of the roof. This greatly reduces or eliminates the sweating in a metal building.

I would not drain the antifreeze as your gaskets will dry out and leak later on. I would make sure it's in good shape maybe add some additives or change as new antifreeze shouldn't break down just sitting. Kerosene in the carb. and gas tanks, some engine oil in the cylinders, and of course remove all batteries. It sounds like you may get alot of condensation with them in a metal carport with a cement floor. Short of heated storage the top floor of a bank barn seems to keep tractors in good shape over the years.

My .02 worth.
Put up on blocks.
drain all fuel and put some WD 40 or some kind of coating in carb. cast iron will rust when sitting dry for a long time. Drain and change oil, gets all the acidic deposits out of the oil pan. Put some oil down each cylinder and slowly turn over. As for cooling system, you should, probably drain it all, antifreeze will wear out and could freeze up after sitting for a while. Take batteries out and sell them or whatever, in 7 years, they will be no good. Blow out the fuel tank, then seal the cap with a peice of plastic wrap, this will keep the tank from rusting.Seal up all openings, birds, bees, rodents think this is an ideal place to nest up. Thats about all I can think of right now, if I think of anything else, I'll add it as I think of it.

All good suggestions. I would drain everything out except the transmission oil and engine oil.And I would put some kerosene or diesel back in the fuel system,I prefer kerosene,a couple cups will do. It is like oiling a clock, the vapor fights moisture. Also if any have milky trans oil it needs drained also,it'll seperate while sitting and settle on bottom and be a big ice chunk.I would'nt leave old nasty engine oil in there either, theres some acid that attacks bearings,I think it comes from the gas additives.Like others said 7 years is a very long time. Make sure to squirt oil in the cyls, alot won't hurt anything, cause it ain't just going to start right up when you come back. Just being nosy, why 7 years?

just my 2 cents:
If those tractors were mine or somebody else's & stored at my house, I would take current pictures (front, sides, & back) of them, make at least 2 copies, put them in 2 safe places - 1) for insurance purposes, and 2) just to admire them. I would also record their serial numbers (if they have them) on the backs of the pictures.

You may have already thought of this, ...but I would block any openings (like exhaust pipe)- to discourage bees/wasps from inviting themselves in. Dee

For 7 years under a roof with no use during that time I would make sure all gas is drained. Might as well take battery's out and sell them. Likely won't be any good after 7 years. During that time frame your antifreeze could likely get weak. I would completely drain cooling fluid. I would block them up say an inch off the ground so they don't sit on a flat tire for years because of a real slow leak. You may also chose to cover them to keep dust and so on off. Putting out some rodent poison would also be a good idea.

make sure you drain the fuel tanks, or at least use a fuel stabilizer as the fuel will turn to varnish sitting that long. as far as covering them, if there in a water tight shed covering them will only keep the dust off. if shed is not water tight, definatly cover them but with something that breathes. water traped under a tarp is worse than water getting on them and evaporating away.
