Help please.

I am in the middle of restoring a 1951 JD B Styled tractor. Some time ago I removed the bearing retainer, bearing, bearing washer and metal oil retainer from the pulley shaft. I am ready to install the new bearing and washer and reinstall the old oil retainer (it is in good shape) and old bearing retainer. My problem is I can not remember the orientation of the bearing reatiner and oil retainer.

I have the manual and know where the two parts go but don"t remember if the cup side of the metal oil retainer goes in the pulley housing toward the tractor or if the cup side faces out as I look into the belt pulley.

Same with the bearing retainer. It has a rounded outside edge and a cup side. Does the cup side go in toward the tractor or does it face outward as I look into the belt pulley. If you have the JD parts catalog the parts I am refering to are on page 20 numbers 15 and 18 and I have the 201000 and up serial number

Your help is greatly appreciated. I am stumped and frustrated.

Thanks
