I have a 1586 IH tractor We believe the serial number is 9892. This tractor has a black stripe saying International 1586 but the cab is red only. Does anyone have a clue of what year this could be and does anyone have a photo of one or know of a website that does. I have tried many, many, many websites. Please help me

Allan, I have a question... Where do you find all of the armor-All-ed/waxed/detailed tractors? Back here in the mid-west, where the REAL farming takes place, we don't have many tractors with shiney tires and spotless windows.... Do you all actually take them off of the driveway? Is the only time they see outdoors, during their "photo sessions"?

Enquiring minds want to know!

Yours truely,
John

I guess you never saw mine. Back years ago i am thinking like 93 durning planting my one 706 went down on me and i had about 58 acres of beans left to plant the ground was worked and ready and i did not have the time to split and fix the 706 so i put my S/MTA on the drill and this is the tractor that was showen in the 94 RED POWER Round up Video it was vary dry and rain was comming worked the old girl to death running in 4th all day and the last half hour was in a light rain so you can just guess what it looked like buy the time that i got her home with a littel water and soap and a quick wax job you could never tell it was mud brown . I'll have to try and get some pictures of our shinny Farm tractors back on here.

Mornin' John,

What cha gotta understand is just what a really big hearted guy I am.

When someone needs to see a picture of a certain tractor, I immediately run out and scour the countryside to find just that kind of unit.

Then, I clean it up real good, spit shinning & dressing it all up. At that point I take a picture and post it up here.

Really a nice guy, 'taint I? :>)

Better day today? Hope ya get back on your feet,

Allan

Nice guy.....? Yeah, that's what I keep hearin'. (LOL!) I guess it's easier to find an IH tractor sitting around, doing NOTHING, long enough to clean it up like that. Back here in REAL FARM COUNTRY, the Deere population is too busy WORKING for a living to clean 'em up like that.

Yep! I'm up and on the move today. Decided to pay a visit to the office this morning. Got an appointment with the Oncologist at 2:00PM. That aughtta be some fun!

Startin' to get back in form again. And I'm BIG-TIME bored watching daytime TV...That ain't me!

Doc says "get exersize" so I'm gonna do just that. He also says loose 50 lbs...Hmmmmm ! (I'm thinkin' he plans on removin' about 40 of that from my WALLET!)
