I know this is off topic but it has already been brought up. So here goes, "I was putting the training collar on the dog and noticed fresh stitches and his testicles missing." This ol' country boy is confused. What is a training collar and just where does it go?

When putting his neck collar on he used to, now it rolls onto the back in a submissive posture.

Ahh, an off-topic that I am qualified to answer.

When training the dog to stand with an electric training collar it is placed with contact points on the belly towards the groin area.

*** LOW *** level of stimulation is used to reinforce command previously trained with a checkord.
