Truth be told if there were a breathalizer on my keyboard you might not be subject to this short rant. You people are the best. I have not found so much useful info so humbly put forth since I built a chopper (48 pan)a million years ago. I have recently been searching the net for info regarding Ford trucks and well frankly put; while knowledgeable, I have been served info with a healthy dose of rules and none of the commaradery I have come to expect by those who post regularly here. I encourage you all to use the classic truck forum available on this site more often. I can tell by the threads I read that most of us are driving older trucks not because we think they are cool but because we have the wearwithall to keep them running. OK I have to go freshen my drink.
PS: it's snowing here. (NW WA)

Pan huh? Cool. 61 or 74 inch? Stroke her out? Kind've like to pickup enough basket out of Walnecks to put together a knuckle. In time.

If I don't leave a few drops of oil in my friend's driveways, how are they supposed to know that I thought enough of them to stop by while they were away? '79 shovel from 74 up to 103 then back down to 97 because couldn't keep it together long enough to enjoy it.

Hey Old,
Have you ever posted fer them parts on the Mack forum? There are a few guys there with Diamond Ts. Perhaps someone there has something. A lot of the truck sites do not have the volume that this site has and it kinda gets hard to deal with. This site has been around a long time though. Good luck with the parts to your truck. There is this junk yard kinda place with acres of 6X6 Russian military trucks (dump trucks, troop carriers, everything). I guess they were seized during some war. I stopped by a few years ago and the guy said we give them to other countries. I asked if I could buy one and he told me if I knew someone important, perhaps. I do not know what countries they give em to, cause they all still look like the same ones, in the same spot, for years. Well, I will shut her down.

Hey Mike, whenever I am having a "few" I fight the urge to post. Yours went good though.

George

Roger that. Too much time on my hands last night. Felt a little froggy so I lept. Lesson learned. Definitely innapropriate. Snow melted and spent the better part of the afternoon on my hands and knees harvesting for farmers market this weekend.
Paybacks a ^%$#.

Mike, Don`t take up all that snow and send us some over here in Idaho. We could sure use it to water things next spring. Used to live in Arlington Wa. and loved it there.

There out ther old. Lets please get some more traffic on the classic truck forum. By the way your response to the hippy dippy topic on the other forum changed the way I think about your handle.

Well is that good or bad?? I've been down in the truck forum off and on but probably not as much as I should be. Any more I can't do much work on cars/trucks so I just don't go that way much. I have one truck I'd like to build other then my Diamond-T but now days its just hard to do that type of work.
