Any advice is helpfull. 10 years ago I put in a new garage floor and spayed a sealer per instuctions, had enough left over to do my pole barn too. [Garage 570 sq.barn 1200 sq. ft.] The 5 gallons was what the garage it's self was to use.Now have a new house to do. basement and garage. Went to local transit mix. They have a product called KURE & SEAL 2slv. Same place I got the other stuff but of course new owners and offered no help. I could asks my builder but I know somebody on this forum is a expert. Thanks for reading. DAN

Thanks for the comments. That was my problem, that it would puddle, and that I had so much left over from spaying. Thought I was doing something wrong. Also what about a waiting time from a fresh pour? Was just at Home Depot, the one they sell says not to use below grade, whats up with that? [basement] I got to get something on it before those leaky old tractors get in there. There, that made it on topic. DAN.

Use just that stuff all the time. The formulation seems to have changed and sprayers don't like it as well - I use a short knap roller - pour it on and roll away!

We sell cure and seal(sp) at work, but I have never used it myself. I have seen it used on new curbs, they apply it with a form oil sprayer (over grown garden sprayer) They only put enough to cover the surface lightly. sorry I was"nt more help.
