This one's kinda nice.

Motor is stuck, it's missing manifolds, carburetor, magneto, electrics, radiator, etc. But with a fresh coat of paint and some wooden steps added, it has became a very popular attraction at a friend's Pumpkin Patch every fall.

As someone else notes above it's probably the only tractor many kids will ever get a chance to sit on!

I know a lady (transplant from So California) who wants to put an old non-running tractor in her back yard for her grandchildren to play on. I think she wants one for free so I haven't found anything for her yet.

Our city park has an old John Deere A sitting in it for the kids to crawl on. Completely froze up, but it's probably the only tractor most kids will ever sit on in their life time.

Probably shouldn"t admit this, but... I was just recently telling the wife that I"d like to find a stuck F series or Regular, just to paint up, and set it out front. I"d also like to have one running, but I can"t help thinking a junker would look nice out front. Gotta admit that I am one of them transplanted city boy, yuppie, or whatever that a lot of you guys can"t stand :) I only been out "in the sticks" here for the last 11 years. Also gotta admit, I could never go back to the city :)

Unless you have to have the biggest, newest, highpriced, nonusable, non repairable stuff then I don't think it qualifies you to be a yuppie

Thanks Dennis! If I do it, it would definately be one that is very close to "beyond repair".
