I tried twice to post a Ferguson TO-20 for sale on the photo ads. When I tried to attach picture, it said administrative approval would be needed. It says it could take up to 24 hours to process. That was over 60 hours ago. No response back. I sent an e-mail to KIM and never got any response back from her. WHAT'S UP ??? Excellent site, but I'm baffled. I currently have 3 tractors posted, yet some guys list 8 at a time!! Is DONATION a key here??

I re-read my post and I don't think I was bashing Kim. If I did I am VERY-VERY sorry. This is one wonderful site. I was just asking questions. When I ask what's up, I was asking you guys have you had any of these problems. I see one fellow had exactly the same one as me. When I ask about the donation, I again was asking, are we supposed to donate each and every time. Again if I offended Kim I do truly apologize. That was never my intention. You guys are a super group and I respect that. Guess I have to compliment you also for standing up for Kim. Even when I did not intend it as most took it. Sorry

Hi Sam,

Boy, I didn't pick up on any bashing going on. Just a gent who was more than a bit frustrated with the system. :>)

Like the Cowman says, ya probably hit a word which bounced the software.

Now, back to these tractors of yours. Are you the fella with the 1486 located close to Nebraska that I've been lookin' for? :>)

Allan

At very least.. you could place the add.. post the photo in the photo section and put a link to it.

I've had pretty good luck with this site. If Kim isn't responding.. it must be an accidental oversight.. or she is swamped.

I tried posting a photo ad a few weeks ago and got the same thing. I e-mailed the administrator but have no response. Does the 8 ad limit mean no more than 8 ads ever, or just eight at a time? I think I've sold 1 item over these pages over the years.

Probably some word you used that got censored. I wrote an ad a while back and it didn't go because I mentioned it could be shipped by "truck" As Kim does not want ads for trucks that is a word that gets screened out. Try rewiting your ad. Also I have better luck getting a reply from Kim by making a post in the "sight comment" forum. (guess what, I just found another word you can't use in a post (s i t e) LOL

Sam you need to change your attitude towards your comments at Kim. She works her tail off to keep this web site running very well and all for a FREE cost to you.

I would bet it takes a few thousand dollars to keep this website running just so WE can use it for FREE. There is a donation area in the left hand column at the bottom.

You have made a donation have't you? Or are you just a free loader? You don't need to answer that to me as I pretty well know the answer!

From what I understand the first eight photo listing are free for personal sales, then there is a small fee for the additional listings as then your a dealer. I don't know for sure as I bought tractors but haven't sold any but the page is click and read.

I would bet Kim is swamped with other priorities and is why it's taking a little extra time to post your new ad.

I did no mean to bash KIm but I guess I did. This is a wonderful site as stated in post. YES, I have donated quite often when I have sold a tractor on here. SO you do not know the answer. Probably 5 times as much as you or MORE !!!!
