Made a post a short time back about the front wheels shaken on my 966. Tractor vet stated that you could buy a undercut arm that attaches to the spindle. Where can I buy this from.

Just about any equipment dealer can get parts from A&I as they are the ones that make them . OR anybody that sells Hy Capacity parts can get them , i have used them and had good results with the undersized steering arms.

You don't need to spend a lot fixing your loose turning arms. Pull the arms off and clean them up and then JB Weld the arms to the spindles. We have a1066 that has over 5000 hours an left side since I JB Welded it. It is still as tight as the day that I fixed it.

Hey Allen, I here that you have another 1066 coming in so you will have a tractor to rob from.

Heck!

He's already written the check. It'll end up being a skeleton by the time I get 'er down to Iowa!

What's the easiest way to steal anti-freeze?

Hardest part is gonna be swappin' out that brand new engine for mine.

Tol' ya the pressure is on around here. LOL!

All kiddin' aside,

Wish you guys could hear this diesel that Gary is getting. I don't usually get too excited 'bout engines, if they work, good enough for me.

But, this ol' monster made the hair stand up on the back of my neck..... can't get that sound out of my head. He's really gettin' a good 'un.

Like a friend of mine says, "Weld 'em. Just takes a differnt kind of wrench to get 'em off".

I believe it A&I that has the under sized arms.

I can call my mechanic tomorrow and find out where he got mine for sure.

And Allan just who in the heck are you refering to?

I couldn't have ever said anything like that.

I will say this much.

I bet we welded about 12 sets of those when I was working at the weld shop.

Never had one return to reweld.

Had one return to take off when the 30' high silage pile fell on the tractor and broke both spindles. Also broke the loader off the 1066.

No more than I use it, maybe the thing to do is just remove the big nut from the top nad do some welding.

It works.

Put some down pressure on the arm before you weld to make sure it is down tight.

And yes take the nut off.
