Hello, I saw that you used Hitachi alternators and was wondering how you solved the belt alignment issue. On Delcos, I have seen a double pulley used with the belt in the outer notch. Except my brother, he just buys a lot of belts... How do you line 'em up?

Let's go Mountaineers,

Aaron

I always make my own mouting brackets so it's not a problem. The Hitachi alternators have the same diameter shaft as the Delco 10SIs or 12SIs, so the pulleys interchange also.
