Gary:

Some time ago, you mentioned you would like to have a MM R. I believe you figured out that you were looking for an RTU. There is one today in the photo ads. There is also one coming up on auction. I believe it is in Kentucky throug Aumann Auctions.

OK whos ready for another road trip.

Thats the first tractor I dove by myself at 7 years old.

At the age of 9 or so dad would let me drive it out to unload the manure spreader.

Only catch was I had to fill the spreader first with a pitch fork.

Man could I load that thing fast. Wasn't real full but I had something to spread so away I went.

Got to the point dad said if its not at least level full with the sides I had to keep pitching.

Gary - I think I am going to try to go to that auction in Ky where the R will be. I also want to go to the Schrock auction (Aumann Auctions also) in June. My work takes me very close to both locations.

That`s pretty funny.
The first tractor, I ever drove was my grandpa`s 51 R. It`s a great tractor for some one to learn on. I remember when I was little, you could swing the seat one way to use the clutch, then fast swing back the otherway, if you needed the brakes. We still have the tractor, it`s still all original. Runs and works like a top. I use it to rake hay and pull hay racks around. Has alot better road gear than my 730.
Now I have a 9 and a 7 yr old that are starting out on it, So that tractor has actually been thru 5 generations of my family (great grandpa drove it as well)
