Why is it that so many people think that the pics on stuck&toubled are fakes? I am getting tired of reading comments of fake this and fake that! Kind of turns people off from wanting to postt there!

Guys, I for one get upset about some of the comments made on that forum and unfortunately I kind of explode but you know it's like a TV show you don't like if you don't like it turn it off but someone has to make an assenine comment that just makes your blood boil. I have just got to learn to remember its like when your child learns a cussword for the first time you just have to ignore it until they understand what it means instead of an attention getter. I hope it will pass I've really seen some eye openers on there and some I can relate to.

Dad got my 2N stuck belly deep a few years ago. If I had posted a picture everyone would have bet it was a fake. There was no mud on the tires or any signs of a struggle.

Dad called me to come down to his cabin and pull him out of the mud.He was bushogging in the old pond bed and hit an underground spring. The tractor just sank up to the belly so he shut her down.

I went down there and being the smart one I am , I thought I could unhook the hog and back her out. Well all I did was fill the tires full of mud and didn"t budge an inch.

When Dad got there , he took one look and said " you had to try it didn"t you ".

See , he has been driving tractors for over 60 years and knows when to quit.I would bet that some of the picture of stuck tractors are ones stuck by experienced operators who know when to quit and get help.

By the way, we pulled her out with Dad"s GMC 4wd pickup.

I'm with you guys...don't realy matter much to me one way or nother..But

Just to check one I looked the soft spot... can you explain why there is no mud on any of the wheeels? It has duals on and no mud in the duals or on the rims. Course there could have been a big rain and washed it..... .....

I dont know whats going on there. I read another post compalining about the rude comments on that board. I posted a couple old pictures of my Skid Steer from several years ago, just to see what happened, and they jumped all over it. Called me a fool and other rude comments. Didnt bother me too much because from their comments I could tell they dont have a clue what they're talking about. Still, I cant figure why its such a problem on that board. Some comments were normal but there just seem to be a few that visit there trying to stir up trouble.

Can"t pay much attention to people, some make a great effort to be rude. There"s a lot of miserable people out there.

I think there is just some overgrown kid thinking he's some kind of expert telling everyone that he knows a fake when he see's one.
I bet he couldn't see a fake snake if it bit him on the B$tt.

I remember awhile back a concrete mixer truck drove across a small bridge and collapsed it. Most everyone was giving the poster a REAL hard time ! He posted back upset that they blamed him for faking it. He then said where it was from and what road. Well it turned out this was only a few miles from me and the truck was from the town I work in and the company my brother in law even worked for and I'd not even heard of this or seen it in the local papers. So I started asking around and sure enough it WAS real ! I still don't know why it wasn't the talk of the town ?

Maybe we just have a hard time believing these people were this stupied to let this stuff happen ? I don't beleive all of them either, but I'm not going to chew someone out about it being a fake. I can't prove either way. Except the one above once I found out where it was. I know I've had a fair share of my own stupid things that got me stuck and troubled ! One even involved a big ceremony with a party at the end where we ate cake ( I think you know what I mean )
