That about says it all. Maybe it's due to the big race this week end where they turn left for 4 or 500 miles by Joliet.

Gas has started back up because UN agency concluded that production will no longer be able to keep up with rising demand. As a consequesnce oil market bid up futures. Gas in my area of VA hasn't gone up. Still in 2.79 for 87 Octane. Bet it goes up tomorrow.

Last Thursday I got gas at a Sunoco on Rte 4 north of Cincinnati. The sign said 2.95.9 but the pumps were still at 2.65.9. I filled up of course.

Yesterday Harrison, OH Speedway and Greensburg, IN Speedway were both at 3.19.9.

Doesn't look right to me.

Hi '36. I lived at Marseilles for 25 years till 2000 when we moved to the "Valley of the Sun,Arizona" anyway the Station we buy at in the last few weeks has went from $3.09.9 to $2.78.9 for 87 Oct. as of yesterday. Still way to high but Morris Gas going up 40 cents is really strange. Who controls the price around Morris now. Used to be Standard Oil much as Shell does around Ottawa.

We put a couple of oil men in the White House and gas has gone up ever since. Go figure.

...or could it be a congress that's threating to force the US out of the region thereby destabilizing the entire region?
