Well my Buddy was looking at the Old Cockshutt over the weekend and saw where one of the rear tires had a split in the tread and 4 inches of the tube was sticking out. BUMMER I wanted to take it to the local county fair tractor pull this Sunday.

I called the local tire chain store in Dallas and they had two fair 12X38 tires wanted $301 to mount them.

Went in today and they changed the tires and charged me $301 true to their word. The tires were in real nice shape with about 2/3 of the tread left. Not a bad deal HUH!!!
Walt

PS I'll be at the Polk county Pull on Sunday.

I think I would have went with the 13 or 14 inch tires. They would look better and pull better on that tractor.Just my opinion.

Well opinion are a dime a dozen, giggle, I would also have liked to gone bigger but being a poor man I got what they had 12.4X38 if I was a little richer I would certainly have gone with the larger size.
