I was wondering about the power takeoff on a 2745 Massey, if it was 540rpm only, or if it had a switch shaft thath you could change to 1000 also, thanks.

Rob, You can use 1 3/8 540, 1 3/8 1000, or 1 3/4
l000, You need a diff stub shaft to switch to 1000. To remove the shaft there is a large nut
that needs to be turned off. According to the
owners manual it needs a special socket(tool)
to remove this nut-I'm not positive that there
is no other option wrench wise. Chuck
