The Deere website has the 2130 tractor parts diagrams available for viewing and or printing. The lever to the left of the steering wheel is a HIGH-LOW shift lever. The following is a quote from my 2130 operators manual" If the tractor has a HIGH-LOW shift unit, the operator can decrease or increase tractor speed without using the clutch." "Shifting from HIGH to LOW decreases the ground travel speed by 21% and provides up to 27% increase in pulling power in any of the travel speeds." Also your tractor appears to have came from Canada as it does not have European lighting. Frank

this is typical of grey market machines. Cab was probably made in England, transmission in Germany, etc.

You have an early or first style 2130. And as Ray said they were made to sell in Canada and Europe. I have a 2130 and have been able to buy any parts I needed from Deere. Also my local Deere dealer (Sun South) has looked up parts. You can look up parts on Deere's web site. The serial number info came out of a book titled "John Deere Tractors Worldwide". Hope this helps. Frank

That's an import if your wondering about finding the serial in a us book, there not listed.I didn't see the original conversation, but a lot of those tractors were imported by jocky's and passed off as US models. You can't get parts or info from JD dealers, there not authorized to sell them. They were not imported with the permission of John Deere.
