Overhauled my 450 farmall and ordered a new radiator for it. Went to put the cowling on and the radiator seems twisted. Can not get the holes to match up. Bolt up one side then the other won't fit. The fan cowling seems to be perfect

I had the same problem on an M farmall. The first radiator I bought came from Tisco and was made in China. Like you said the holes wouldn't line up. Sent it back and got one through Riley. Called first and asked where theirs were made. They told me USA. I got it and it fit better but not perfect. When I started the tractor the fan hit the shroud. No way to adjust it so it wouldn't hit. Had to remove the shroud. If I had it to do over I would have had my old one fixed no matter what it cost.

Loosen the two bolts in the bottom of the radiator so you can move it and leave them loose till you get the sheetmetal lined up, probably have to leave the nuts on the upper support loose as well. after you get the nose and center strip put back on you should then be able to snug them back up
