No timing chain on a "H". I don't know your perticulars but I assume you drained "poisened gas"? Was setiment bowl cleaned out and/or replaced? Something may also have gotten into and clogged carb. Why do you think timing is off? You need to start at the beginning. They (the a--holes)may have done something else. Clogged air cleaner? You need to check for gas,air and spark at the right time. Someone else may have some better ideas. Good Luck and let us know what/if you find anything.
