I just went through the same problem when rebuilding my F-12. use the following torques and you'll do fine. Rods- 45 ft/lbs Mains- 95 ft/lbs in three increments. Try 50#, then 75#, then final torgue to 95#. Don't use oil on the studs and DON"T back off once they are torqued. If you think you went a little over, leave it. Head- I went to 75# the first time and it leaked. Used 95 (same as the mains) and it was fine. A word of advice here- do yourself a favor and put a thin bead of copper permatex around every water passage hole in the head gasket, on both sides of the gasket. You'll be far less likely to have leaks. I learned this the hard way.
