If it has the old style then yes it can be adjusted , but heres the deal more then likely the linkage is starting to bend and unless you have fixed them befor and sorta know how it is suppose to look then best not try as they are not made into a perfect 90degree bends from the factory . THe old adjustable park lock is a overcenter style and should requier a little effort to snap over center . Now what i have been doing is spending the hundred and so bucks and buying the up dated SPRING LOADED park lock they are somuch better and safer . But this will requier removal of the range transmission shiftcover . This is not a hard job but it is nice to have and extra set of hands to help . IF you chose to do this i will explain later on the steps you have to do for the removal.
