That is one of those things that can be very difficult to remove. You can't put too much pressure on it trying to unscrew it or you could twist it off. Applying too much heat will melt the solder.... Here is what I would do, apply a little heat to it below where it screws into the fuel tank and then spray some penetrating oil on the threads, the heat will help draw the oil into the threads. Put your wrench on it and see if it will move, if you can get it to move a little then just carefully work it back and forth applying, oil all the while, until it unscrews. If you twist it off then just drill out the broken piece until you are close to the threads and then just peal what is left away from the threads.
