Super A Starter tip.

While using my super A this summer to mow, plow and dic. I noticed the tractor was having more and more problems cranking. When you started the tractor it would turn over very very slowly, kinda like a "romp romp" and then it would start. After checking the battery, wiring and connections, which were all good, I desided to do open starter surgery. It was a very simple project, after a good cleaning, a little sanding and replacing the brushes the starter cranks really fast, so fast the only way you can ever hear it is by cranking the tractor with the on off switch in the off position. The engine starts so quickly you never hear the starter.
