Yes they are... pretty much by accident. Mostly they have been ditching, but they replace a culvert across the road now and then and the stuff they dig out there is gravel. Turns out the gravel (which I want dozed down first is right in line of where I want it to go. Then the black dirt can get pushed one way or another. I am going to refinance the house and take the difference and build a big garage with living quarters on the lot next door and then sell the house. good luck sod
