You must have square door track.The track bends inward and rubs on the hanger bolts.I have a 4x8 door on round track that the wind can push along the track.I will replace the square track on all my doors as I can afford it.I was buying some lumber, saw a fellow with a long length of square track at the check out.I told him to put it back and use round track.He looked at me like I was nuts, bought it any way.I told him I had fought with square track for 50 years and had enough.The problem with square track is its light gauge.The hangers will spread and drop the track or bend inward and rub the hanger bolts.
