i lost count because i got the tractor last thursday, so today is day 6..
Not much new today, sprayed the brake levers some more.
I have noticed while doing various things that the nuts&bolts on this thing are better made then what ive seen on newer equiptment, even if the old square bolts do get annoying after a while.
I attempted to pull the oil pan but once all the screws were off, it wouldnt pull off. The seal was broken, and it is just sitting there.
Now, is there some trick to getting this off wothout removing the front axle?? Not looking foward to doing that. The good news is once it was loose i managed to stick a screwdriver in there and remove a few screwdriver fulls of oil and found that it was just that-oil. No water, although the oil was very thick, but i am assuming thats just from sitting X number of years. Well, now what???
