Hi - Good advice, just to add a further, when you run your chains - probably from the stake pockets, put the chain down through, then bring them up to hook them. That way, if anything loosens, the chains won't drop off and will at least stay hooked. Take up just one more link than you can do by hand with a cinch, then use a pipe to pull them down. If the tire compresses a fair amount, you're about right. Check in a couple of miles, and if nothing has changed, you'll be ok. Hope this helps, Ron
