I live in Beaverdam, NW corner of Hanover County.
I went by SS but they didn't have any bentonite. Said they could get it. I just got a few tubes of roofing caulk and a bag of concrete mix and dug down to where I'm pretty sure the problem is and threw it all in the hole. If that don't work I'll take another whack at it with the bentonite.
It's been a long time since it's been this wet. I've got water standing across my path to the dog lot that has not been there since the early 90's.
Hunting sucks too when ya gotta tote 5lbs of this red clay on ya boots when you're walking.
I see a few bean feilds that still need to be cut around here. I guess they'll have to wait for the big freeze now.
