Need to locate clutch parts for my hd6 ( dry type) one clutch just won't break free .....Any suggestions where to start

hi there yes you can get new clutches if you need email me and ill look up the parts sorce for you a complete set will run you about 750 dollars canadian i also have some used ones on hand seeing i just replaced mine on my hd7 i belive hd6 uses the same disks they are aspestis so watch the dust from them use breathing equipment

i also have an allis hd6 and the steering isn't working. it worked several years ago when it was parked i assume the clutches are froze, if it don't break free how expensive is it to replace them, and are the parts spendy, and is it something anyone can change? any info you can provide will be appreciated

Have you taken the unit out of the machine and bead blasted the parts first to see if you can get it to work.

I would presume that you have tried soaking the whole area in Diesel fuel for several days. I have seen that work really well. I have several posting on that early on. That has worked well for dry clutchs steering or transmission.
