1941 hd14 dozer bad idler bearing

theres a hd14 for sale. pretty cheap. machine has a bad idler bearing, front left. does anyone know whats involved in repair and where parts can be found?
Also the winch doesn't work. seller says two output shafts on transmission that run winch are bad. does anyone know if this is a major repair?
thanks for any help with this machine.

My dad has a hd14 dozer that is in good shape but it has a torque converter type transmission that we could never get to work right without overheating. He would be willing to sell.
We are located in Northern Minnesota.

Do you still need that HD-14? When you say winch, could you mean power-unit to run cable accesseries? I have one of each. The power-unit is rebuilt and has never been used. Please let me know. Thanks.
