I have a T340 with full HYD 6 way blade & winch for sale. Great Rolers & Tracks. Runs sweet. I paid $5500 4 years ago. Would like to get $4500.
Ser# 2830. The year is 1960.

T-340 is a great machine. I had owned a gas job for a few of years, I traded this year for something bigger a 450b. I did find the t-340 to be a very predictable and dependable work horse it was just a little small for me and I just could'nt see beating it to get some of the jobs done that I had to do. I do still have a complete shop manual if there is any interest? Good luck!

You have the gas version of the "Little Mule" Good little tractor by IH, Late 50's to early 60's in production.

Value is very dependant up on condition. THe most important part is the UC. If that is shot it my at most be worth scrap metal weight. From there it goes up. Without knowing condition it is tough to figure value of the machine.

More specifics would help.

Thanks
wk

Somethings to look for is how worn the pins and bushings are. Reach up underneath the track pads and feel the bushings, if they are round, they are in good shape. If they are worn nearly flat on one side or both they are near replacing.

Another items is the bottom rollers. If the machine has a blade or loader push blade or loader down and raise up front of machine then get off and check bottom rollers for looseness and see if they are valleys where the track runs across them.

Look for signs on the front idler of wear to the point where it may be rubbing against the main frame or yoke that holds it forward to keep the track tight.
